FOIA Requests

The S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) accepts requests for information under the S.C. Freedom of Information Act by mail, Fax and email. A template (pdf) has been prepared to assist you with your request. Per Agency policy, requests for copies of documents that exceed 50 pages will be assessed a fee of 15 cents per page.
