If changes have been made to the firm's contact information, branch office information, or engineers/surveyors in responsible charge, an Amended Certificate of Authority (COA) form must be submitted PRIOR to renewing online.
Please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org of fax it to 803-896-4427. In the subject line, indicate "Amended COA for Renewal." We will notify you when changes have been made; please allow 48 hours for processing. You may then go online to renew.
If you do not wish to renew the firm's license, please contact the Board at email@example.com and indicate in the subject line, "do not wish to renew". Please include company name and license number when making this request.
Cease and Desist notices will be mailed after June 30, 2017, to those firms that have not renewed and/or have not notified the Board that the firm is closed, dissolved or did not wish to renew.
